Is there a way to get rid of Application Manager or uninstall it?

1. How do you uninstall Mech Desktop without uninstalling AutoCAD also?
The uninstall option under the windows start incon says "uninstall
mechanical desktop and autoCAD". This sounds to me like I have to
uninstall both programs just to get rid of mech desktop. Please
someone tell me this is not the case.
