I understand it has a part modeler in it also. Is
this the same part modeler that is in full
Solidworks?
Can I design some complex parts with it?
If yes..... is it parts and solids ONLY? IOW....
I can't make assemblies or produce prints from
this app?

It's just a few steps to process an alternative 3D export.
Model the part in the SW modeler and save, then import the *.sldprt file
into Acad/MDT via the plugin and then save the file and/or export via
Acad/MDT as either IGES or SAT.

Just wanted someone to confirm it for me. <GG>
1. it′s Microstation 95 the most recent version of Microstation?
I am using this program for two years +/-, and even in my university
we did not have something new.
at this time i think the program is really good and useful, but i wish
to know if i'm loosing something.
