AT provides the ability to specify the MicroStation Configuration Path
variable: 'MS_SCRIPTS', which then allows the user to execute MicroStation
Scripts (*.SCR) without having to specify the Script files' paths, or
extensions (if '.SCR').
Once AT is loaded, all keyin commands are pre-processed to detect the
