The first version of AutoCAD that Autodesk supported under Windows 95 was
Release 13c4.  I know one of the reasons for not supporting older
versions was because of plotting issues.  In any event, if you can get a
plot file created, you may be able to set up AUTOSPOOL to send it out to
your plotter.  Otherwise, if the plot command cannot even create a plot
file, you may be SOL.

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Try plotting to a  file with the same name as the printer port. I.E.:
LPT1.PLT. This should work under Win 95. That is assuming your plotter is
attached to a printer port.
HTH.

I could be glib and say 'a plotter,' but that would annoy even me :)

Really, what seems to be the problem?  No port?  Not enough plotter
memory?   Give us a clue as to error messages, hangs, and so on.

Are you on a net, or just out the port?  On a Novell net, we just plot
to a file named, say, LPT2, and have the queue capture that and direct
it to the device (plotter).

Worst case, if you are not on a net, would be to plot to a file with
the same name as the drawing (filename.plt, for instance) and then
'copy filename.plt prn'

Is any of this helpful?

What is your set-up?
What plotter?
Are you using you default system printer?

Give some info. Mine works great and I havent had any problems. I use
both ACADr12c4a and ACADr13c4a both windows versions in windows 95
with know problems even when operating them both at the same time due
to some of my 3rdparty software not supporting 13 yet or I dont have
the upgrade money for them yet.

PS you should get the c4a patch for ACAD 12 windows.
