All Igorx's emails are encoded with Western European (ISO) which works fine,
except for the first one with the Cyrillic characters, which was encoded in
Cyrillic (KOI8-R). If you try to decode the Cyrillic characters, PGP doesn't
like it and gives a bad signature. If, however, you tell your newsreader to
view it with Western European (ISO), you get loads of weird symbols, but PGP
can decode it correctly, and reports a good signature.
