o Proficiency with Novell Networks
o Windows NT
o NT/SQLServer
o Proficiency with operating systems include: system installation and configuration, printing
systems, fundamentals of security, installing and maintaining third party software, modem
configuration, backup procedures.
o Experience with PC architecture (I/O addresses, IRQ, DMA channels), installing boards and
memory into systems.
o Experience installing and configuring peripherals (i.e. disk drives, modems, printers)
Required Background
o More than 2 years previous System Administration experience.
Desirable
o A degree in computer science or a related field
