Mocas article

Post by Helmut Veit » Fri, 24 Mar 1995 22:42:12

I am looking for a paper (possibly by ftp, WWW) which appeared in
IEEE Structure in Complexity Theory 1994. Unfortunately,
the proceedings are not available in Vienna.  :-(
The email adress of the author would also be helpful.

The only information I have is

     author =       "Mocas",
     title =        "Using Bounded Query Classes to Separate Classes in the
                    Exponential Time Hierarchy from Classes in {PH}",
     booktitle =    "Annual Conference on Structure in Complexity Theory",
     year =         "1994",
   }

Thanks in advance,

  Helmut Veith

"Point your browsers at http://www.worldofspectrum.org and take
your pick [of emulators], and then have a look at the site's
extensive ROM collection, all of which are offered with
permission of the copyright owner, and therefore perfectly
legal."

ROMs?
All perfectly legal?
