PaintDesktop() is a Windows API function, however it is not declared in VO's
WIN32 API. It comes from User32.dll. The entry point is 0x00002513 How do I
declare this in my VO Program ?

_DLL FUNC PaintDesktop(hdc AS PTR) AS LOGIC PASCAL:USER32.PaintDesktop
