Menu Toolbar on DataDialog Window

Hi all. I try to convert my application originally made with VO2.5 to VO2.6.
At the moment,  all seem work right except the follow:
In a DataDialog window I have a menu with his button bar. With VO2.5 there
is the tool bar, with VO2.6 there is not (only the text menu items are
shown).
Why?

menu  in a datadialog i don't can
see it.
