At the start of your BASIC program, add the line: LPRINT CHR$(18). This
will put you in he graphics mode. to return to the "TEXT" mode use :
LPRINT CHR$(27); CHR$(19)

There is some information on control codes for the DMP 105 on Tandy's
support site:

If you need more detailed information, order a copy of the owner's
manual for the printer through your local Radio Shack. The DMP 105
prints graphics at 60 dpi, not too great, but it's there if you want to
use it.
