The xpress-list mailing list has moved to a new host system.  Here is the
revised information about the list:

The purpose of the xpress-list mailing list is to discuss all aspects of the
X*Press X*Change service from X*Press Information Systems Ltd.  X*Change is
basically a wire service feed, plus some other stuff, that is distributed over
some cable TV systems.

In March 1992, a mailing list was started for the discussion of the X*Change
information service offerred by X*Press Information Systems Ltd.  X*Change is
basically a wire service feed, plus some other stuff, that is distributed over
some cable TV systems.  The initial mailing list subscription base overwhelmed
its host system, but the mailing list has found a new home and is alive and
well again.
