USER INTERFACE SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Incumbent will work with international multidisciplinary teams in the analysis,
design, implementation and evaluation of graphical user interfaces for next
generation software systems. Evaluation of software prototypes and products
will be conducted in our new Human Factors Lab.
Requires BS/MS/PhD in computer science, human factors or engineering psychology,
with a minimum of 3 years working experience in directly related area.
Experience with user interface design, graphic design, software prototyping,
usability testing and strong communication skills; with state-of-the-art UI
design and methodologies and/or usability engineering techniques; in developing
graphical user interfaces (Windows and/or Motif/X). Knowledge of German
helpful.
