Hi,

Does anyone know of a software product that will allow us to record a detailed
 log of user activity, i.e., what was typed , which buttons were pressed on
which screens and when, and so on.

Possibly . . . could you specify what type of systems and what type of
users you need to monitor?  I.E. DOS/WINDOWS, UNIX, OS/2, etc...? LAN,
WWW, FTP, etc...?

If this is for monitoring WWW usage, depending on your WWW server, you
can probably use CGI scripts.
