Hi David,

Yes there are a number of cost-effective Digital TV Tuner Cards. Some are HD
while other are SD. They are:

VisionPlus DVB-T. ($330) Does HD. See:

 Take a look at the HTPC section of www.htcentral.net

 There's a number of threads on the different cards now available and how
well they handle HD stuff as well. There's even some screen capture images
in one of the threads.

 At the moment it looks like you need to do a few hacks to get HD working,
but there are some Aussie programmers writing software to overcome this.

 Recording to the hard drive is also possible apparantly.
