dated April 5, 1997, regarding an HP OfficeJet product made by
Hewlett-Packard Company's San Diego Division. HP is currently
evaluating information contained in that message. At this time, HP
understands that this problem also involves a refilled-ink-cartridge
system made by a third-party. HP places a high value on customer
service and support. Top priority is given to any issue that occurs
with its products. HP is continuing to investigate this situation and
will take appropriate action.
