How do I find out if a certain IP address has a registered domain name?
I want to find out if 141.244.248.33 has a name under which this host will
be found ..

nslookup 141.244.248.33
should show you if there's a domain name that the IP address maps to.
If that mapping is symmetric, you'll also find out a domain name that
maps to that IP address.
Unfortunately, though, no such mapping (from your IP address to a
domain name) exists. As close as I could get was the name servers for
the network you're on:
Non-authoritative answer:
244.141.in-addr.arpa nameserver = HP01.BOKU.AC.AT
244.141.in-addr.arpa nameserver = HP02.BOKU.AC.AT
244.141.in-addr.arpa nameserver = MAIL.BOKU.AC.AT
