1. Virus Hoax

I was duped by the jdbgmgr.exe virus hoax and I deleted
the jdbgmgr.exe from my Windows operating system.  How can
I reinstall the item?  Anyone, including Microsoft tech
support give me assistance?  Thanks in advance.  Tim
