The only reason you can't delete some of the names there (by right-clicking on them) is
because they haven't removed you from their main contact lists. As soon as they remove you
off their main contact list, then the Delete option will become available. This is by
design, and since its based on the server, there's nothing you can do about it.

1. Deleting email from, 'Deleted Email Folder', in Outlook 97 PRO
I'm trying to DELETE email from the DELETED EMAIL FOLDER
I tried doing it individually....computer freezes when I click YES to
acknowledge. So I went to TOOLS - OPTIONS to delete ALL messages.
Computer still freezes...General TAB never comes up.
Do I need to re-install MS Office 97 Pro, or is there a sneaky little
shortcut somewhere???
