"Dear Microsoft Online Services Customer,
We are writing to alert you regarding a possible billing adjustment to your account.
Due to a processing problem at our credit card processor, Citicorp Payment Services, Inc., you may see duplicate transactions for your Microsoft Online Services on your upcoming credit card or debit card statement"

Either they've changed their billing cycle or maybe because of their CCP, but they didn't deduct for my service until after the monthly bank statement was processed this past month so I know that I'll have two MSN transactions next statement. If they did the same to anyone else, don't panic until you check it out.
