We are located in Australia and have a Monotype Prism which requires a
new laser diode unit. (Our density had to be turned up a notch every
month for a few months then when we reached highest setting it died)
Can anybody point me to a source of spare parts/support for this
machine.

Monotype is advertising a special kind of TrueType font that
claims "Enhanced Screen Quality" (the fonts are called
"Monotype <fontname> ESQ"). Monotype claims that these are
*the* fonts to use for multimedia projects.
I have 2 questions.
(1) Is it really true that these fonts are particularly
legible on screen? (Mac.)
If the answer to (1) is yes, then
(2) What will happen if I try to use them in a pdf file? Will
I lose the enhanced screen quality? Should I embed them as
TrueType fonts or let Distiller convert them?
