FAXing over the Internet - Resource List

Greetings:

The following URL's deal with Faxing over the Internet:

FAQ How can I send a fax from the Internet at
http://www.savetz.com/fax/
Internet Fax Services (Review) at http://www.netpower.no/frost/fax/
The Phone Company's Remote Printing Service at
http://www-usa.tpc.int/tpc_home.html

Please note that the main issue one encounters when setting up form
to fax
(as opposed to form to email) is the interface.

Example:  Some services will send you a generic CGI script that fits
the
needs of 90%+ of their clients.  However, if they don't fit your
need, you
will need to know CGI.

Example case where what they give you may not fit your needs:

* FAX Service requires the sending of a "stamp" as part of the email.

Their CGI script includes this stamp on EVERY email / FAX that is
sent.
Their FAX gateway system removes the stamp from the FAX (not email,
the
FAX) so that the person receiving the FAX never sees the stamp.

* You need to have the form go to one or more FAX numbers AND to one
or
more email accounts.  IF the stamp is included in every sending of
the
form, then those sent via email will see the stamp... and that means
they
have access to your FAX account.
