<font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">

For this font family I find size "2" a little too large on 800x600
resolution

but size "1" too small

how can I get a font size somewhere in between size 1 and 2

prefer not to use style sheets... for now

ideally would like to use a percentage to reduce size

<font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" .......what goes here >

thanks in advance
