frozen, no advances and we have the extensions in place.
Our ISP does support FP 98 extensions but to solve
problems, one must go with MS for solutions.
BTW, I've enable the resetting mode to no avail.

What I have found is that you need to edit any pages with the hit counter live on the server to set the hit counter. Set them to what you want and they should function perfectly.

Could you please provide some specific information so we can help.
Does the counter work right on you local PC?
How did you get the pages tranferred to your ISP?
Did you manually edit any html code?
Does the counter work right on any other pages?

I inserted a hit counter in my bottom border. The counter shows and shows
the number of digits I requested. However, the counter never increments. It
is always set to 1. What do I need to do to make it increment when a page is
hit?
