Non-standard form code? Help me out please!

Hi,

I've made a little website for a friend. It contains also a little
form.
The code his ISP demands for a good working form is not the same code
who FP98 poduce.
Here is an example:

FP98 format for a textfield:

<input type="text" name="Name size="25"> etc...

His ISP want it like this, otherwise it will not work.

<input name ="Name" size="20" type ="Text"> etc...

Who "recognize" this setup?

I've made the necessarily adaptations but meet still some problems
with the concept of a radiobutton.

FP98 builds radiobuttons like this:

<input type="radio" value="V1" checked name="R1">Choice 1 ;
<input type="radio" name="R1" value="V2">Choice 2;
<input type="radio" name="R1" value="V3">Choice 3;
etc...

How could I turn this code into a working code for his ISP??
I already tried this:

<input checked name="R1" type="radio" value="V1" >Choice 1 ;
<input name="R1" type="radio"  value="V2">Choice 2;
etc...

But no avail...

You are being told hogwash.  If the above is true, then their (the ISP) set
up is non-standard, and subject to problems from here to forever.  HTML is
HTML.
