I am going a tutorial with the academic version of FP 2000 and when I try to
access the hit counter on the components menu it is grayed out. Does anyone
know if this feature is disabled in the academic version??

Also, keep in mind that you'll need to have a web host that supports the
Front Page Extensions in order to get the Counter to work.

Are you running FP2K on NT or Windoze? I am using Win98 SE and I can not
install the Personal Web Server software......... I wonder if that is root
of my problem. I've tried every install routine available and the darn hit
counter is always grayed out.

The hit counter shows up in Preview display of FP97, but not in I.E.
Wierd!! Oh well!!
