Ethernet network with a Windows NT server and Windows for Workgroup 3.11
Apple tech support told me the printer only takes IP, IPX and AppleTalk
protocols and they would not provide support for customers with an NT
I think I could probably configure the NT server to run TCP/IP and
connect the printer to a parallel port on the server and have the
workstations communicate with the server using NetBEUI.
But I prefer to have the printer directly connected to the network.
Can I configure the Windows for Workgroup 3.11 to run TCP/IP?
Does anyone have any comments or suggestions?
