ANNOUNCING - Visual Coverage -  Fast Code Coverage Tool for 32-bit
Visual Basic Apps

TracePoint Technology has just posted an open beta version of its
popular Visual Coverage test coverage analyzer - now for Visual Basic
5.0 apps.  Visual Coverage analyses test results and identifies areas in
your code that have not been tested.  Since it works on compiled Visual
Basic apps (no source code or obj files required), there's no need for
recompiling or preprocessing and the entire process is dramatically
quicker than with past generation tools.  Visual Coverage analyzes and
reports on coverage of several different types including; function
coverage, class coverage, line coverage, branch coverage, multiple
condition coverage, call-pair coverage and more.  Visual Coverage allows
you to selectively exclude portions of the code base so you can analyze
only those portions of an app that concern you.  A robust GUI displays
results in "live" pie charts or bar graphs that let you drill down into
the code represented, extensive reporting capabilities include the
ability to publish reports in html, and merge function allows you to
merge the results of several test runs for total coverage analysis.  In
addition, Visual Coverage identifies dead code in your app. The new
version of Visual Coverage for Visual Basic also features a new project
wizard to help you get started and additional tool bar command buttons.

A full copy of the latest Visual Coverage for Visual Basic beta is
available for free download from TracePoint at www.tracepoint.com.

Sounds like a  great product. But the app I'm testing is developed with VC++.
Are there  similar code coverage tools  available for apps developed with VC++?

Visual Coverage was originally written for C/C++ apps.  The Visual Coverage
for Visual BASIC is the newest release.  The announcement was confusing.
