The conference will be held at the Radisson South Hotel, 7800
Normandale Boulevard, Bloomington, MN. 55439.  A Block of
Rooms is reserved for PSQT/PSTT attendees for a special rate of
$115 per night.  To guarantee availability and special rate,
reservations must be made by August 20, 2000.  Call the hotel

Cancellation Policy:
====================
Written cancellations received before the end of
the business day on September 8, 2000 are subject
to a $100 cancellation fee for each person registered.
Registrants who fail to cancel in  writing by the end of the business
day on September 8, 2000 are liable for the entire fee and
can only be substituted by other individuals for the same
registration.  Last day for substitution is September 13, 2000.
No substitutions will be accepted at the conference.  In addition,
all credit card registrations will incur a $100 cancellation fee
once registration is received by our office and charges have
been processes
