Wireless ethernet

Hi all,

I'm still looking for users (or wannabes) of inexpensive wireless tranceivers.
I know about Motorola Altair, Rangeland, etc.  But these are all in the
multiple-K price range.  Is there anything cheaper out there?  Is anyone else
also looking for this type of thing?

1. Is There Xbox Wireless Ethernet???

Is there a product that uses an ethernet connection that
then goes into a wireless transmitter so I don't have to
run a 40 foot ethernet cable through my house to my
broadband hub in my office??

Should Xbox have used a PCMCIA slot so a inexpensive $20
wireless card could have been used for Xbox Live?

Or does anyone know if Microsoft offer a product for this
problem?

thanks,

- Kevin
