Why don't authors of WinZIP or the like use UNLHA.DLL or UNLHA32.DLL
to handle LZH files? UNLHA32.DLL can take long file names, while
LHA.EXE 2.13 can't.

Get UNLHA.DLL and UNLHA32.DLL and the API document from
http://www.forest.impress.co.jp/win5/archiver.html#unlha32

I am currently building an application that uses the various freeware
compression DLL's to provide native compression and decompression of
many popular archive types.
