Help!!! Need Compression Software - Long file name support

Post by Mike Adam » Wed, 15 May 1996 04:00:00

Please Help!!!  I need a DOS line mode PKZIP equivalent that
will do the following.

        - Support Win 95 long file names
        - Execute from a DOS prompt in Line mode
        - Include hidden and system files

The net result of what I'm attempting to do is copy (clone) an
existing Windows 95 configuration with all of it's files to mass
install Windows 95 on new (identical) PC's.

Does anyone know of a better way of doing this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

UltraCompressor 3.05b can do all of this.

Look for ZIP 2.0x from the INFOZIP project. I downloaded a copy from:
ftp.mathworks.com/pub/utilities/msdos
