Startup medical device company in Waltham, MA is seeking a full time
Robotics Engineer with a BS or summer intern (upperclass) student in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Responsibilities will include
design and prototype fabrication of telerobotic systems for advanced
medical/surgical applications. Includes design and development of
miniature sensor and actuator packages, as well as design and prototype
construction of associated electronic subsystems.
Engineers with a solid background in electromechanical design of
servo-motors, controllers, transducers and conditioning electronics is
preferred. PC computer literacy, MCAD/ECAD design, and hands-on
machining experience are desirable. You will work in a fast-paced, high
freedom environment where your creativity and self-reliance are
