How do I calculate weight in st lbs?

I would convert each measurement to a common unit, like pounds.......one
stone equals 14 pounds, so 11st 7 pounds would equal 161
pounds..........likewise, 8st 8 pounds would equal 120 pounds.......the sum
would be 281 pounds, the average would be 140.5 pounds.........to convert
back to the original measurement system, assuming the total of 281 was in
cell C4, then in D4 put =ROUNDDOWN(C4/14,0) and that will give you 20 stones
and in cell E4 put =(C4/14-D4)*14 and that will give you 1 pound.......

I've sent along via email to you a small sheet to help.......
