PeopleSoft EPM Support team in need of a strong production support resource
to monitor and trouble shoot development and production instances of
PeopleSoft 8.x. Role entails problem and incident tickets, maintenance
activities, and urgent production issues. Resource must be able to work
with other teams to resolve issues and be a part of an on call rotation.
Experience working with off shore delivery model a must given the resource
will be the primary point of contact at the client site for the off shore
team. Familiarity with Mainframe JSS, Informatica and Hyperion applications
not required, but would be considered a plus. The resource will interact
with the Business so written and oral communication skills are key.

Preference is for a Chicago based resource that does not require travel. As
support schedule at times will require weekend work at the office.

Resource will be the primary on site contact for PeopleSoft EPM work
performed by the off shore team. Will also be responsible for designing
work for off shore team and review of deliverables produces by the off
shore team.*
