? Over 8-10 years of experience in Oracle Financials with sound functional
knowledge on Oracle Financials Modules - Oracle Payables, Receivables,
Fixed Assets, Oracle Projects, General Ledger, Oracle Purchasing, Cash
Management, System Administration
? Good understanding of Testing process
? Ability to plan & track Functional, Integration, End to End Testing,
dependency tracking.
? Ability to understand client requirements and create good rapport with
client
? Hands on experience in Quality Center (Defect Tracking & Reporting), MS
Projects & MS office (Excel Pivot reports)
? Prepare Weekly and Monthly Delivery plans based On Test Strategy.
? Track Test Execution and Defect Metrics on daily basis and report
deviations from plan.
? Coordinate defects resolution with development, business and IT teams

Job Description:
Over 8-10 years of experience in large Testing Engagements.
Previous Retailer and Packaged Applications Testing experience will be a
certain Plus.
Any previous Oracle Retail testing experience will be highly
regarded.
Strong Customer and Internal Stakeholder management experience in
a matrixed environment is mandatory.
Good understanding of Testing process, ability to plan & track
Functional, Integration, End to End, Regression Testing, dependency
tracking, good understanding of Quality Center, Defect Tracking etc.
Able to manage a team of testing professionals both onsite and
offshore. Any experience of having worked in an onsite-offshore setup will
be a certain plus.
Responsible for managing Test Plan, Test Design (Test scenarios,
Test cases / Test Data generation), Defect tracking, Reporting and Reviews
of Test Deliverables.
Good Communication & interpersonal skills, ability to understand
client requirements and create good rapport with client stakeholders.
Local to the Boston/Greater Boston area or willing to relocate to
the Greater Boston area for this project.
