experience.* The client has several efforts in progress, a technology
roadmap effort, business process modeling (current state), reverse
engineering current state functional requirements and we're trying to
kickoff a straight through processing project for no-touch products.
*.Net and Microsoft are in use at the client site.*

*Required skills:*
- Our immediate need is strong business analysis skills.
- *Candidates should be very comfortable with the .NET and MS environment

- Candidates should also be strong in best practice processes for
gathering requirements and developing functional requirements.
- Use Case methodology would be a strong plus along with experience using
ReqPro and Business Process Modeler (IBM tools).
- Leadership and communication skills need to be good as well.
