IBM announces the "Cool Blue VoiceXML Challenge," a VoiceXML contest
for students at universities, colleges and technical schools in the
United States, Canada, Australia, the U.K. and Ireland.  Here is the

software developers have already accepted IBM's "Cool Blue VoiceXML
Challenge". Announced on December 11, IBM is challenging students at
