Loading TPW DLL with Win95 in VB3.0?

Loading TPW DLL with Win95 in VB3.0?

Post by Lindsay Stevent » Wed, 24 Apr 1996 04:00:00

Hi all,

I have an application I wrote for Windows 3.1 which was a Visual Basic
program which used a Turbo Pascal for Windows 1.5 made DLL.

It works without problems on Win31, but as soon as I put it on Windows 95,
it says it can't find the DLL. I have placed the DLL in every directory that
it could possibly be looking in, but without success.

Has anyone experienced this problem?

Cheers
Lindsay

PS: Will Delphi compile the TPW DLL?

1. Using TPW, how do I load dialog box resources from DLLs?

Using TPW, how do I extract dialog box resources from DLLs?  I want to
store the English-language instructions for my application in a file named
"ENGLISH.DLL", the French-language instructions in "FRENCH.DLL", and so
on.  I can't find any clues in the source code and documentation
distributed with TPW.  Thanks in advance for your help!
