Help: How to write a bitmap printer driver on NT??

You can either write a full driver with a GDI managed surface, and then
save the whole surface DIB as a BMP file when a page is rendered.

Or write a MiniDriver, which converts data after rendering into a BMP
file.

1. Help - how to write a printer driver for NT

Hey
I was wondering if any one could tell me how to write a printer driver
for windows NT 4.0.

You see I have a LEXMARK Winwriter 150 C which is a good little Color
Ink Jet printer. Thing is they only produced a win.31 / win95 driver
for it.

Any help as to where to start would be of great use.
I use VB or Delphi or Turbo Pascal.
