1. CTRL3D.DLL
2. CTRLD32.DLL
3. ODBC related DLL

If microsoft hasn't updated this file, then it is. The one
in "softlib" is version 2.05 -- the one is "newup" is
version 2.31.
The differences are documented in a .doc file inside of ctl231.zip,
so I won't elaborate on them. Be careful with it though (I just
realized this) -- it is designated as a beta release. I stupidly
didn't read the docs closely when I grabbed it, and assumed that
since the major version number wasn't incremented, that it just
incorporated a few bug fixes...
