Caller ID On BitsuferPro

Caller ID On BitsuferPro

I recently got my ISDN connection from GTE in the Dallas area.
Everything works fine on my BSP except CallerID. GTE says they have
enabled CallerID but I am not convinced. I have the following
questions :

1) Has anyone hooked an analog caller ID device to either POTS port
and received CallerID information without any configuration of the
SBP?

2) I have enabled CallerID logging on the SBP and the log indicates
that I don't have CID service. Is there any additional configuration
to the SBP to get CallerID logging to work?

3) Is there any other things I can do to verify that GTE is not
sending me the CID information?

4) Can anyone tell me what I should ask GTE check to verify that there
is no CID information on my ISDN line ? ( Other than GTE verifing that
CID has been enabled at the Central Office. )

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure the date and time is set correctly on your BSP.  I was getting
"invalid data" on my analog device until this was done.

OK, I'll bite!  How do you set the date and time in the BS-Pro??  I have
looked at the supplied manual many times, and see no commands for setting
the date or time...
