Help: We changed the host's name in the nameserver and ...

Post by Martin Muril » Sun, 19 May 1996 04:00:00

Hi.  We changed out hostname from engr01.isu.edu to joule.isu.edu
in the nameserver.  The web works OK, telnet also, BUT we can not
receive messages.  Something is wrong with the sendmail.cf file.
We even recompliled and run refresh -d, but all the incomming
messages are lost.  We looked any occurence of 'engr01' in
sendmail.cf, but we did not find anything.

Any input on how to fix the problem will be greatly appreciated.
For now we changed back the names in the nameserver.

Thanks in advance.

Martin
