Perhaps this is easy, but I just can't figure out
how to do this.
I'm trying to set up my new sendmail server to
forward all e-mail that is addressed to a
non-existant user to a particular address for
possible re-routing.
I thought the parameter:
O PostmasterCopy=Postmaster
would do this for me, but I can't get it to work.
Any help would be appreciated.

I compared the outputs of /usr/lib/sendmail -bt for
1. Enter <ruleset> <address>
with
and find out that No.2 is sent to our relay server instead to
be delivered locally.
Since $=w didn't show eso-io.com I put this name into the /etc/hosts
and everything is running now.
