Take a look at the boot script and try to figure out. It's usually one
of these:

/etc/rc.* (rc.inet, rc.local,...)
/etc/rc/rc.*
/sbin/init.d/sendmail

Nix.

It looks like its looking for the actual sendmail program - and can't
find it (maybe its not in /usr/lib/sendmail) or what ever your equivalent
is.....

1. Sendmail Hangs My System Bootup

Hi,
I have Redhat 6.1 and recently, while the system is booting up
it hangs on Sendmail. After a number of minutes the system did boot
up. I ended up disabling Sendmail's launching and my system
boots up as fast as usual.  Why would this be happening and
how can I correct the problem?

                                            Thanks

                                                    Mike
