Is there a way (command line, special url, some form of 'mailto') to open
the outlook in the compose windows and the 'to' and 'attachments' fields
containing the wanted values?

I already found out the '/a' (attachment) and '/m' ('to' field) - is there a
switch for the 'subject' field?
Thank you in advance
