DON'T OPEN Message from "Nobody" ("I found a website....")

There is a * bit of Java script in the message which automatically
takes you to the webpage of the outfit being touted (Netflip) - I object to
such skulduggery myself and I certainly won't be taking any interest in
their services - I wonder if "Nobody" gets paid for every hit on their site
from his/her link?    Neat way of conning people!

Here's a snippet of the script:

1. "Mail to" link won't open "New Message" window (OE 5.01)

I am running Windows 98 with IE 5.01 and Outlook Express 5.01 (as my
default e-mail program).
Whenever I click on an e-mail link from my Web Browser, my Outlook
Express program comes up, but not the "new message" window.  Until
recently it was working fine (the "new message" window would come up
with the "mail to" address automatically in there).  But now I have to
manually click "new message" and type in the Mail To e-mail address.
I have done some "snooping" in my Win98 Registry.  There are several
references to "Mailto" there, but I didn't tamper with any of them!
I've searched the MS Knowledge Base, but didn't find anything there.
Has anyone else had this happen, and what can I do to fix it??
Thanks for any help!
Quentin
