by I just received my HP 6200 Cxi, installed it, and was playing with
photos. I scanned several times, and it worked fine on my USB
connection. On the last scan, it started chattering. I looked and
it appears that the belt is slipping and the light doesn't move; it
appears to be stuck, because the belt has teeth (I think it still does-
no pieces on the bottom of the scanner-yet). I reloaded the software,
but it didn't help.
Was there someone else in this newsgroup with the same problem
about 2 weeks ago?
If anyone has any ideas, please help.
