Law of the west problem

I have the old law of the west. When I launch it and run it, I
get  Please Wait, how long should I wait, normal c64 time or pentium time.

Should this perform just as a c64 would, same speed, et.

Usually c64 time. What emulator are you using? The game does not use a
speed-loader so try using C64S or PC64 *shiver* ;)

I downloaded this game and it looks nice but how am I supposed to play
