It's called Word Art and is part of all recent versions of MS Word. It's on
the Insert - Object menu. Word Art 1, supplied with Word 2, uses only its
own not very good fonts, Word Art 2, supplied with Word 6, uses any
installed font.

and grab a copy of the TTF listing macro for MS Word that produces a
sorted list of your True Type Fonts with multiple fonts to a page in
the following format:

<fontname>
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz
1234567890

There's also another version that prints in the same format but does
not need MS Word.
