We are using Exchange 5.5. Please suggest as to how I can
keep track of the outgoing mail being sent from our users
expecially for those whose address are not in the global
Running Exch 5.5 sp4.
Today I have noticed that I am no longer able to track outbound internet
e-mail, I'm sure it was working fine just before Christmas. Inbound e-mail
tracking is fine.
I can only track outbound e-mail by message ID.
The only thing that I have changed lately is on the routing tab of the
Internet Mail Connector to resolve a problem we were having with SPAM
e-mail. Would this cause the problem?
Any help much appreciated.
